70-Year-Old Chinese Woman Goes Viral for Her Youthful Looks and Fashion Style

Yingzi, a woman from Shanghai, China, has become a social media sensation because of her youthful appearance, fashion sense, and confident personality.

She first gained attention online by sharing videos of herself dancing in high heels on the streets and posing in stylish outfits. Many people were surprised by her energy and appearance, especially after learning that she is 70 years old and has a 45-year-old son.

“I’ve always believed that age is just a number. What matters is keeping the spirit young,” Yingzi said in an interview.

She explained that she believes confidence and enjoying life are more important than expensive beauty products when it comes to looking youthful.

However, her lifestyle also involves discipline. Yingzi reportedly avoids eating after 5 pm, enjoys soups, green vegetables, and protein-rich meals before carbohydrates, and starts each morning with an hour of yoga.

Her interest in beauty and fashion started when she was young, although she never originally planned to turn it into a career.

She worked as a kindergarten manager before moving to Japan with her husband and son in the 1980s. While in Japan, she worked at a restaurant where she developed her skills and experience.

She later opened her own Chinese restaurant in Japan and was featured in a popular magazine before eventually returning to China.

In 2022, after turning 70, Yingzi joined “Beijing Fashion Grandmas,” a fashion group made up of older women with an average age of over 65.

Through the group, she achieved a childhood dream by walking on a runway as a model at Shanghai Disneyland.

“Age is not a barrier but an asset, I want to live beautifully until I am 120 years old,” Yingzi said.

Her story has inspired many people online, with fans praising her confidence, active lifestyle, and belief that growing older does not mean giving up on personal style and ambition.
