The claim places him in the lineage of one of Asante history’s most revered figures, the legendary priest credited alongside Osei Tutu I with founding the Asante Empire and producing the sacred Golden Stool.

By invoking that name directly, Roja is positioning himself not just as a spiritual figure within Asanteman, but as a guardian of the throne itself, someone prepared to “rise against” detractors of Otumfuo Osei Tutu II.
