I Composed A Song For Mahama During 2024 Elections, Obinim Stopped Me From Releasing It — Florence Obinim

Florence Obinim, wife of International God’s Way Church founder Bishop Daniel Obinim, has disclosed that she composed a campaign song for President John Mahama ahead of the 2024 general election but was prevented from releasing it by her husband.

Speaking in an interview with Rashad, Florence Obinim revealed that a senior and wealthy member of the National Democratic Congress approached her with a request to produce the song in support of Mahama’s presidential campaign.

The NDC figure reportedly promised her a substantial financial reward and offered to cover all production costs.

Florence said she prayed over the request for three days, after which she received what she described as a God-given composition. She subsequently went into the studio to record the track.

However, upon informing her husband about the completed song, Bishop Obinim listened to it and instructed her not to release it, bringing the project to an abrupt halt.

“I composed a campaign song for President Mahama after a senior member of the NDC requested it, but I was unable to release it because my husband told me not to,” Florence stated.
