Florence Obinim Ditches Obinim, Visits Ogyaba’s church, Performs And Hugs Prophet Amid Marital Dispute

Gospel musician Florence Obinim has visited Prophet Ogyaba’s church, where she performed for the congregation and ended the visit with a warm hug with the preacher.

Florence shared a video of the visit on social media on Sunday, September 27, 2026, showing her ministering in song during the church service before she and Ogyaba embraced.

The visit comes amid the ongoing public marital dispute between Florence and her estranged husband, Bishop Daniel Obinim.

During a church service earlier in September, Obinim reportedly listed distancing herself from Ogyaba as one of the conditions he wanted Florence to meet for a possible reconciliation.

He also questioned why Florence had confided in Ogyaba about issues in their marriage rather than members of his family or their church.

Obinim further accused Ogyaba of using information shared with him to disgrace him publicly. These claims have been made by Obinim as part of the ongoing dispute.

The relationship between Ogyaba and the couple became a major point of contention in June after the prophet spoke about Florence’s situation and alleged that she had been treated unfairly by her husband. Obinim subsequently declared that he and Ogyaba were entering what he described as a “spiritual fight.”

Florence did not issue a verbal response to the latest development but instead shared the video of her appearance at Ogyaba’s church.
