33-Year-Old Woman Arrested After K!lling Co-wife With Pestle During Quarrel

A 33-year-old woman, identified as Hauwa’u Haruna, has been arrested in Bauchi State, Nigeria, after allegedly killing her co-wife, Jamila Adamu, during a domestic dispute.

According to the police, the incident occurred after a disagreement between the two women, during which Haruna allegedly picked up a pestle and struck Adamu on the forehead.

The victim reportedly sustained serious injuries from the attack and was rushed to a hospital for treatment. However, she was later pronounced dead by medical personnel.

Police said the suspect was reportedly experiencing hallucinations at the time of the incident.

Haruna was subsequently arrested by the police and is expected to assist investigators as they work to establish the circumstances surrounding the death.
