Uche Ogbodo reflects on failed marriage

Nollywood actress Uche Ogbodo has opened up on her failed marriage, speaking on her regrets. The actress, while sharing a video of herself dressed as a bride on her Instagram page, spoke about not having a white wedding.

Uche explained that she sometimes grieves not only what happened but also the future she once imagined for herself, including the dress, vows, celebration and forever she thought she was building.

“The wedding I never had. Sometimes, we grieve not just what happened, but what we imagined would happen. The dress, the vows, the celebration, the forever we thought we were building. Life didn’t go exactly as I imagined, but I’m learning that the story isn’t over. Maybe the wedding I never had was making room for a life I never knew I deserved,” she wrote.
