Tragic singer Oliver Tree recently said his family wouldn’t get ‘a f–king penny’ when he dies

Tragic singer Oliver Tree said in a recent interview that he wouldn’t leave his family “a f–king penny” if he died — while also predicting the world would appreciate his “stupid f–king songs” once he was gone.

The quirky “Alien Boy” singer gave his harsh take while bizarrely dressed as Shrek — with a green face, neck and hands — on the April 24 episode of “The Zach Sang Show” in an interview going viral since his shocking death in a helicopter collision in Brazil on Sunday.

“I don’t believe that any of the wealth, or the things that get made from it, is mine. So when I die, my will is set up that when I pass, my family, no one’s going to get a penny,”  the 32-year-old singer said.

“If I have a wife or kids or anything, they’re not getting a f–king penny,” he said.

“I’ll get my kids through college. That’s the agreement. But there’s not going to be a silver spoon.

“The idea is, when I die, all the money is going to go back to artists.”

He created his foundation, “Dr. Oliver Tree’s Art Grants for Baby Geniuses,” early this year – and said he wants any money to go towards creating art.

“It’s set up so that the interest generated from my music, will take mostly that, but there’s also room for other money because when I die, my art will continue to have residuals and probably be worth more than it is now,” he said.

“People will finally appreciate my stupid f–king videos and my stupid f–king songs. That’s when people appreciate you, when you’re not there anymore.

“I want it to go to the actual physical of making art. You’re not allowed to buy equipment with the money. You’re not allowed to go get education and schooling with the money.”

He revealed the foundation’s committee would decide how the money is allocated.

The quirky “Alien Boy” artist was killed alongside Argentinian influencer Gaspar Prim, passengers Lucas Vignale and Lucas Brito Chaves, and pilot Alexandre Souza. 

The helicopter the singer was on – a  Bell 206B JetRanger III – crashed into a PR-DJJ aircraft, piloted by Charles Marsillac, 60, 300 feet above Recreio dos Bandeirantes. 

The helicopters crashed above an electric car lot – and 20 vehicles were set alight. 

Witness Fernandes de Freitas, a tire repair worker who saw the crash unfold, said he saw one person jump from one of the stricken helicopters before they hit the ground. 

The singer, who has over 11 million monthly listeners on Spotify, was just four gigs into his global “World’s First World Tour” when he was killed.

He performed in Sao Paulo on June 6 and was set to perform across the US, Europe, Australia, and China before the end of the year.
