Teacher At Nyinahin Catholic SHS Caught On Video In Physical Fight With Female Student At Dormitory

A teacher at Nyinahin Catholic Senior High School in Ghana has found himself at the centre of a major controversy after a video emerged showing him engaged in a physical altercation with a female student within the school’s dormitory premises.

The footage, which has since gone viral across social media platforms, shows the male teacher pinning the female student to the ground in what appears to be an active physical confrontation.

The student, dressed in a red top, is seen lying on the floor as the teacher, still in his school shirt, restrains her, a scene that has provoked widespread outrage from parents, educators, and the general public.

The incident has drawn sharp condemnation from child rights advocates and education stakeholders who describe the conduct as a gross abuse of authority and a fundamental violation of the rights and dignity of a student under the school’s care.

The dormitory setting of the incident has added another layer of concern, raising questions about student safety and supervision within school boarding facilities.
