Senator Seriake Dickson, founder and National Leader of the Nigerian Democratic Congress (NDC), has disclosed that he held a three-hour closed-door meeting with the party’s presidential candidate, Peter Obi, during which both leaders reviewed developments within the party and resolved recent issues that had generated concerns among members.
Dickson made this known in a statement shared on Friday, revealing that Obi visited him alongside other senior leaders of the party as part of ongoing consultations aimed at strengthening unity within the NDC.
According to the Bayelsa West senator, the meeting focused on the activities of the party as well as recent developments that had sparked debates and disagreements among stakeholders.
