Details of Cristiano Ronaldo and Georgina RodrÃguezâs intimate wedding ceremony have emerged.
The billionaire footballer, 41, made headlines last week when he got married to his long-time partner, 32, in an âintimate and privateâ ceremony, a year after he popped the question with a £3million ring.
Vogue Magazine has now released photos from the wedding, revealing that Cristiano Ronaldo and Georgina RodrÃguez exchanged vows in the living room of their £30 million mansion in Cascais, Portugal.

âIt was exactly as Iâd imagined it,â said Rodriguez, admitting that she âcouldnât hold back the tearsâ.
Jornal de NotÃcias published a copy of their marriage certificate on Thursday, which confirmed that just four witnesses were present, as well as their children.
Ronaldoâs mother, Dolores Aveiro, and his siblings Hugo, Elma, and Katia were not present and reportedly found out about the wedding just 30 seconds before.

âIn the future we will have a big wedding so we can celebrate with family and friends,â Rodriguez shared with Vogue following a âcrazy yearâ of commitments in both their work and personal lives.
âWhen I was a little girl, I dreamt of the biggest castle, the biggest carriage, the longest dress, a crown full of diamonds. And now Iâm saying, âNo. I want something intimate, with my partner and our children, at home.â

âBecause castles, houses, islands, horses, cars: we have all of that within reach every day. But something intimate â thatâs more unusual for us.â
Ronaldo himself chimed in when asked whether being married will change anything.

âJust the fact of being man and wife â you enter a different league,â he said, going on to say this is âprobably [his] last year of footballâ, so his future is âall mapped outâ as he commits to spending more time with his family⦠not even ruling out the possibility of another child.

âAnother baby now would be overbooking at home. But when the youngest are 15 or 16, weâll still be young, so why not? Itâs true that I canât imagine myself without small children, so weâll see,â said Rodriguez.

âI never say never,â declared Ronaldo. âI want to leave a spectacular legacy.â
After tying the knot, the newlyweds were seen in their first outing with their children on Saturday night at the Saudi Pro League match between Al-Nassr and Al-Fateh at Al-Awwal Park in Riyadh.
