A student of Holy Child Senior High School in Cape Coast has received a brand-new car from her father as a reward for successfully completing her 2026 West Africa Senior School Certificate Examinations, in a gesture that has generated widespread excitement online.

Footage of the surprise, shared by Mr. Showbiz, shows the gleaming white Hyundai Elantra arriving at the school premises to a euphoric reception from fellow students and staff, who had gathered in their numbers outside the school building identifiable from the Holy Child SHS 80th anniversary banner visible in the background.

The recipient is seen seated inside the vehicle, visibly overwhelmed, as her schoolmates in the institution’s distinctive yellow and brown uniform erupted in celebration around the car, cheering and dancing in scenes that quickly captured the attention of social media users across Ghana.
