Minister’s Media Aide Appoints Seven Advisers, Assistants, Including ‘Special Adviser On Media’
The Media Aide to the Minister of State for the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Hon. Bin Usman Rano, has announced the appointment of seven individuals into advisory and support roles within his office.
The appointments, according to Rano, are aimed at strengthening the operational capacity of the office and improving engagement with stakeholders across different sectors.
The newly appointed officials are Abubakar Alhassan Muhammad Lale as Personal Assistant; Umar Bashir Umar as Special Adviser on Protocol; and Abdullahi Muhammad Ghali as Special Adviser on Media.
Others include Bashir Ibrahim Sisay as Special Adviser on Student Matters; Najeeb Garba Lawan Rano as Special Adviser on Youth and Sports; Yusuf Tijjani YT Rano as Special Adviser on Special Duties; and Muhammad Uzairu as Special Adviser on Religious Affairs.
The appointments were announced in a Facebook post by Rano.
According to him, the appointments followed careful consideration of the appointees’ integrity, commitment to service and track records.
“The appointments are aimed at strengthening the operational capacity of the office and enhancing effective engagement with stakeholders across different sectors, particularly youths, students, religious groups, and the media,” he stated.
According to Sahara Reporters, Rano congratulated the newly appointed aides and charged them to justify the confidence reposed in them.
He urged them to discharge their responsibilities with diligence, professionalism, loyalty and a strong sense of duty.
