Ibadan mother calls out school after son allegedly suffered serious injury on school grounds

A mother in Ibadan has taken to social media to express her frustration over how a school allegedly handled an incident that left her son with a serious head injury.

According to her, the child sustained a deep cut to his forehead after a fall on the school premises and reportedly required multiple stitches as well as medical scans.

The mother claimed that despite requests for answers, the school could not clearly explain how the incident happened. She also alleged that crucial CCTV footage from the period of the accident was unavailable.

She further accused the school of failing to properly follow up on her son’s condition in the weeks after the incident and claimed her attempts to get explanations were met with silence.
