“I was like…” — Lady recounts how her spiritual gift ruined her first date

A lady has gone viral on social media after sharing how she believes she unintentionally ruined her first date of the year by accurately guessing a man’s birthday during their conversation.

According to her, she had decided to give dating another chance after spending weeks feeling lonely while grieving the loss of her sister.

She explained that she had been living alone and wanted to socialise after a difficult period.

Date took an unexpected turn

In a video, the lady said the conversation was going well as they discussed life and other personal topics.

She noted that it was the first time they had met and she was determined not to come across as unusual.

She recalled asking the man about his birthday before deciding to guess it herself.

“I said, ‘Don’t worry, let me guess.’ I guessed the right month and then I guessed the exact date on the first try,” she said.

According to her, she first said “April” before following it with “16,” both of which turned out to be correct.

The man was reportedly stunned and asked how she knew.

Man reportedly became uncomfortable

The lady admitted she had no explanation for how she guessed correctly and described the moment as awkward.

“He was like, ‘How?’ I was like, ‘Did I get it?’ He said yes,” she recounted.

She said the man appeared unsettled after the incident and struggled to continue the conversation.

“This is the first time I’m talking to him one-on-one, and he could not even have a conversation with me anymore. He was so worried. I could see his thoughts wandering around,” she said.
