"I Sacrificed My Toe" Man Recalls Earning Many Cedis For 19 Years In Cult For Every Sinister Mission

A Nigerian man has narrated a chilling account of how he allegedly spent 17 years in a secret cult, claiming he was rewarded financially for carrying out dangerous and ritual-linked missions.

The man, now identified as Emmanuel Okoro, says his life changed as a teenager after his family relocated from Enugu to a rural community in Ogun State following his father’s prolonged illness.

According to him, the turning point came one evening near a riverbank, when he encountered an elderly man dressed in white, holding a carved wooden calabash. He claims the man spoke to him about “spiritual elevation” and promised him wealth and protection, an encounter that marked the beginning of his alleged involvement in the cult.
