British-Nigerian Influencer Dies After P*nis Enlargement Procedure in Thailand

British-Nigerian businessman and influencer Igho “Tiny” Ubiribo died after undergoing a penis enlargement procedure in Thailand.

The 43-year-old, also known as Denisi or Ego, received the cosmetic treatment while visiting Bangkok with his wife, Danielle Simba Allen.

An inquest at Inner West London Coroners’ Court heard that a clinic injected 40 millilitres of hyaluronic acid and lidocaine into his penis in March 2026.

Ubiribo and his wife reportedly went for a massage after the procedure.

During the massage, he complained of chest pain and collapsed twice.

An ambulance took him to Sukhumvit Hospital. He was initially conscious and could respond to questions.

His wife informed doctors about the recent filler injections.

Doctors suspected a pulmonary embolism and planned to conduct a CT scan. However, Ubiribo lost consciousness before they could complete it.

Medical workers moved him to intensive care and performed CPR for more than 100 minutes.

He died in the early hours of March 6.

A pulmonary embolism occurs when something blocks an artery carrying blood to the lungs.

A postmortem examination in the United Kingdom found material in his lungs that matched the hyaluronic acid used during the procedure.

Coroner Jean Harkin ruled that the cosmetic treatment caused the pulmonary embolism that led to his death.

Ubiribo had about 185,000 Instagram followers. He regularly shared pictures of his travels and lifestyle online.

He married fashion designer Danielle Simba Allen in Zimbabwe in 2022.

Reports claimed he was buried in London in a gold coffin worth about $745,000. Davido and Cubana Chief Priest were among those who attended the funeral.
