Several reactions have trailed the statement that was made by the National Chairman of the Peoples Redemption Party, PRP, Hakeem Baba-Ahmed after the party of the former governor of Anambra state, Peter Obi was deregisterd. The statement of Hakeem Baba-Ahmed has was contained in a viral video that was posted on the official X handle of CHANNELS TV on Friday, June 26, 2026.
This is coming after the Federal High Court in Kogi state ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC to deregister the Nigeria Democratic Congress, NDC.
