Accord leaders in Ejigbo LG preach unity as Raji pays thank-you visit
Leaders and members of the Accord Party in Ejigbo Local Government Area of Osun State have called for unity, cooperation and commitment among party members to strengthen the party ahead of future political engagements.
The call was made on Friday during the party’s general meeting held in Ejigbo, where leaders and members reviewed developments within the party and urged members to remain united and work together for the progress of Accord in the local government and the state.
The meeting also featured a thank-you visit by Alhaji Raji, who expressed appreciation to party leaders, members and supporters for their contributions and support.
Speaking at the gathering, the party leaders stressed the importance of maintaining peace and unity, noting that internal cooperation would be essential to the continued growth and development of the party.
They urged members to put aside differences, respect one another and remain committed to the principles and objectives of the Accord Party.
In a show of support for the party, Hon. George Ibitayo Alabi donated N1.5 million to the party, while Hon. Ogundeji contributed N500,000.
The donations were received with appreciation by the party leadership, who commended the two supporters for their contributions and commitment to the development of the party.
The leaders further appealed to party members to continue supporting one another and work collectively towards building a stronger and more united Accord Party in Ejigbo Local Government Area.
The meeting ended with renewed calls for unity, mutual respect and collective responsibility among members.
