A Kenyan woman has sparked widespread discussion on social media after claiming that several women have offered her large sums of money to deliberately infect their cheating husbands and boyfriends with HIV as an act of revenge.
The woman, identified as Liza Achieng, made the claims in a series of videos posted on her TikTok account, where she regularly creates content about HIV awareness, stigma reduction, and life after diagnosis.
