Which Parts Of Yellowstone National Park Are Closed After Bear Attack Injures 2 Hikers? Check Map Here

Following the incident, park officials moved swiftly to close several trails, campsites, and parts of the backcountry to ensure visitor safety. Areas currently closed include Fairy Falls Trail north of the Grand Prismatic Overlook, Sentinel Meadows Trail, Imperial Meadows Trail, Fairy Creek Trail, and Summit Lake Trail. Backcountry campsites OG1, OD1, OD2, OD3, OD4 and OD5 have also been shut. In addition, fishing along the Firehole River and its tributaries within the closure zone has been temporarily suspended.
