Wande Coal fires at Davido over remarks about their collaboration

FiNigerian singer Wande Coal, has responded to Davido’s claims about about their unreleased collaboration on the remix of his song “Come My Way.”

Davido had previously claimed that the collaboration never saw the light of day because of disagreements over how his verse would be used.

“I recorded the song, then he wanted to drop the song first and use my own verse for the remix, but I was like, no, because I didn’t record the song for a remix. That was how the song didn’t come out. That verse is stupid hard. It’s so sick. So good,” he said during a podcast interview.

The artist via his X handle, responded to the claims, stressing that the song performed well even without Davido’s contribution.

“Carry song come give you as how?. Song wey been get release plan and date!!!. Song wey no be your own you wan dictate release plan. That song fkin did well without you on it bruv!!!,” he fired back.
