Trump promises he’ll hit Iran ‘hard’ for second straight night after calling off deal with Tehran ‘scum’

President Trump threatened to “take over Kharg Island” as tensions with Iran reignite — saying there was “not a thing” Tehran can do to stop it.

Trump made the threat to seize the export hub for about 90% of Iran’s oil while outlining a range of possible actions as he foreshadowed a second night of US attacks on Iran.

“There may be a big attack and it would knock out a lot of stuff,” Trump also said during a bilateral meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

“We may put it back, the blockade. Of course, they will drop some mines if they can,” he added.
