“They Sent Me ₦100k, Then Demanded ₦100 Million” – Man Raises Alarm Over Bandit TikTok Giveaway

A Nigerian man has cried out for help after alleging that a TikTok giveaway linked to suspected bandits turned into a frightening ordeal.

To his surprise, he claimed that within minutes, the sum of ₦100,000 was credited to his account.

Narrating his experience, the man alleged that the same individuals who sent him the money later contacted him and demanded the sum of ₦100 million.

“Bandit were doing giveaway on TikTok, i pasted my account number in the comment section, minutes later, they sent me 100k and after some hours they are now requesting the sum of 100m naira from me,” he said.
