Ohaegbu spoke while discussing the controversy surrounding the NDC primaries and the disputes that have emerged among aspirants following the exercise.
The aspirant stated that he subsequently made the payment and later reminded the National Secretary of the conversation, providing evidence that the transaction had been completed.
