Tenant Allegedly Removes Gate He Installed After Getting Quit Notice

 man has reportedly removed a gate he installed at his compound after allegedly receiving a quit notice from his landlord.

The unusual incident was shared on X by user @oneman_official, who said the man lived in a neighbouring compound.

According to the post, the man moved into the compound when there was no gate. He later installed one himself because he had children and owned a car.

“He moved in when the compound doesn’t have gate yet,” the X user wrote. “He installed gate by himself because of his kids and because he has a car.”

However, the situation reportedly changed after the man was given a quit notice by the landlord.

The man eventually moved out of the compound but reportedly returned later to remove the gate he had installed.

“They gave him Quit notice! He moved out and came back last night,” @oneman_official wrote.

The post added that the man broke part of the fence and took the gate with him.

“He broke the fence and took his gate,” the X user stated.

The incident has sparked reactions on social media, with users sharing different opinions about whether the man was right to take the gate after installing it himself.
