Shiloh Word Chapel celebrates as Prophet Ikechukwu Samuel’s mother turns 80

Family members, friends, well-wishers, and members of the Christian community gathered on Tuesday to celebrate the 80th birthday of the mother of Prophet Ikechukwu Samuel, the General Overseer of Shiloh Word Chapel, Abuja.

The celebration, which drew tributes and prayers from across the church community and beyond, marked a significant milestone in the life of the octogenarian, whom family members described as a woman of faith, wisdom, compassion, and resilience.

Speaking on the occasion, Prophet Samuel expressed gratitude to God for preserving his mother through eight decades of life and called on friends and well-wishers to join the family in giving thanks for God’s faithfulness.

“Please join us today, June 10, as we thank God and celebrate His faithfulness in the life of our mother as she marks her 80th birthday. We give God all the glory for His gift of peace, love, health, strength, and the joy of the Holy Spirit throughout her life,” he said.
