Russia ready to extradite Russian Man accused of secretly recording Women in Ghana

Russia has expressed its readiness to cooperate with Ghana over a case involving Russian national Vladislav Liulkov.

Liulkov is accused of secretly recording women in Ghana and sharing intimate videos without their consent. The allegations have caused public anger and calls for the authorities to take action.

Russian Ambassador to Ghana Andrei Ordash said his country was prepared to work with Ghanaian officials as investigations continue.

The ambassador also called on Ghana and Russia to establish a formal extradition agreement. Such an agreement could make it easier for both countries to cooperate when suspects are wanted for alleged crimes.

Ghanaian authorities are reportedly continuing their efforts to pursue the case. However, Liulkov has not been convicted, and the claims against him remain allegations.

The ambassador’s comments signal Russia’s willingness to assist Ghana while the authorities work to establish the facts and determine the next steps.
