Earlier, a source told TMZ that the couple was exhausted after the intense day of Met Gala celebrations, and the apparent tension in the van was simply the result of fatigue.

They clarified that Rihanna’s reaction had nothing to do with her partner’s interaction with Italian fashion designer Giovanna Battaglia Engelbert. According to TMZ, Rocky and Engelbert were merely engaged in a friendly conversation and there was no romantic undertone to the exchange.
