NUJ FCT Council Celebrates Ikharo Attah On New Appointment
The Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), FCT Council, has congratulated Ikharo Attah on his well-deserved appointment as Special Adviser (SA) on Media and Communication to the Honourable Minister of Education, Dr. Olatunji Alausa.
In a statement on Monday, the Chairman NUJ FCT Council, Comrade Grace Ike, lauded Attah for his professionalism and contribution to the media industry.
Comrade Ike explained that prior to this prestigious role, Comrade Attah had distinguished himself as Head of News Independent Television where he demonstrated exceptional leadership, journalistic integrity, and unwavering commitment to media excellence.
She said his vast experience in newsroom management and public communication makes him eminently qualified to advance the Ministry’s media outreach and policy dissemination.
According to her, “the appointment is a testament to Comrade Attah’s professionalism, diligence, and contributions to the media industry.”
She expressed confidence that he would bring his expertise to bear in promoting transparent communication, educational reforms, and national development.
The Council urged Comrade Attah to continue to uphold the highest standards of journalism while supporting the media’s role in nation-building.
