Nigerian woman says she will keep dressing her newborn son in pink clothes after multiple scans incorrectly predicted a baby girl

A Nigerian woman, Elizabeth Nkeiruka Otekileh, has said she will continue to dress her newborn son in pink after multiple ultrasound scans incorrectly predicted a baby girl, leaving her with a full wardrobe of pink clothes.

According to Elizabeth, six scans indicated a baby girl, prompting her to buy pink clothing.

However, the baby turned out to be a boy. 

“Male pikin wey no gree corporate during scans go wear pink taya. 6 scans, baby girl. September 9, I gave birth to a baby boy,” she wrote.
