NACJ REJOICES WITH AMB. (DR.) AMAKA DIANE OKEKE-LAWAL ON HER BIRTHDAY

Today, July 24, 2026, the Nigerian Association of Christian Journalists (NACJ) joyfully celebrates an extraordinary woman of grace, intellect, and excellence Ambassador (Dr.) Amaka Diane Okeke-Lawal.

Dr. Amaka is a leading Nigerian wealth management professional and investment strategist. She currently serves as Executive Director, Business Development at Optiva Capital Partners. Her journey is a true testament to hard work and merit rising organically from an entry-level corporate trainee to a top-tier executive.

A proud daughter of Isolo, Lagos State, she attended St. Monica Montessori Children’s School and Apata Memorial High School. She holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons.) in Sociology from the University of Lagos, a discipline she pursued to deepen her understanding of human behavior and social structures.

As Executive Director, she provides visionary leadership to a workforce of over 1,000 professionals across 20+ corporate branches in Nigeria. Through data-driven strategies, she achieved an 88% increase in client acquisition and earned her company’s award for Top Client Retention and Business Acquisition for three consecutive years.

Her impact has earned her national and international recognition. She was named Inspirational Female Executive of the Year at the BusinessDay Nigerian Business Leadership Awards and is a proud recipient of NACJ’s prestigious “Integrity Woman of the Year Award.” The Pan African Leadership Foundation also honored her for her commitment to mentorship over 80% of her corporate team are young professionals she has raised and empowered.
