A man has gone viral on social media after sharing an emotional video of himself in tears following the heartbreaking end of his relationship.

The video, which has attracted widespread attention online, was accompanied by screenshots of a WhatsApp conversation in which his girlfriend allegedly informed him that she had decided to move on with another man who was ready to marry her.

According to the messages, the woman explained that the decision was not easy because she still had feelings for him. However, she said family pressure and concerns about her age played a major role in her choice.

The woman reportedly revealed that her mother preferred another suitor, identified as Kelvin, because he was financially stable and prepared to settle down immediately.

In contrast, she said her boyfriend was still working hard to establish himself and was not yet in a position to marry.

In the message, she wrote:

“Bea I don’t know how to explain this to u, I av been trying to tell u the other day u visited me but I was afraid… u know I love u, jux that my mom say she love Kelvin more than u. She say u are still hustling and Kelvin is ready for marriage. Am sorry, I know how u feel when u see this, but know I still love u. But I have to move on. Am 27 already.”

The message left the man devastated.

In his response, he pleaded with her to reconsider and asked if he could speak directly with her mother in an attempt to salvage the relationship.

“Bea, please don’t do this to me. Can I speak to your mom please?” he replied.

According to the screenshots, he also attempted to call her several times after receiving the message, but she reportedly did not answer.

Unable to contain his emotions, the man later recorded a video showing himself visibly heartbroken and in tears over the breakup.

The clip quickly spread across social media platforms, sparking sympathy from many users who related to the pain of losing a loved one due to circumstances beyond their control.

While some commenters blamed societal and family pressure for the situation, others argued that the woman had the right to make decisions about her future based on her personal goals and timelines.
