According to the Daily Mail, Meghan’s list of requirements for the family’s prospective home includes nine bedrooms and a private film studio. Harry reportedly wants the property to include a substantial amount of land without public footpaths crossing it, allowing the couple and their children greater privacy.

The reported requests suggest the Sussexes are looking for more than a temporary home. Online viewings are all very well but the houses that they are looking at are so huge that you need to go in person and it’s also a really big commitment.
