“Marry Me or Pay Me” — Lady Confronts Boyfriend, Demands Compensation After Alleged 8-Year Relationship and Seven Abortions

A dramatic confrontation between a woman and her boyfriend has gone viral on social media after she accused him of wasting eight years of her life and demanded either marriage or financial compensation.

In a video circulating online, the visibly upset woman insisted she would not walk away from the relationship without what she described as justice for the years she invested.

According to her, the couple had been together for eight years, during which she allegedly underwent seven abortions at her boyfriend’s request. She claimed he should be held accountable for the emotional and physical sacrifices she made throughout the relationship.

“This relationship is do or die. It’s either you marry me or you settle me. You cannot waste eight years of my life for nothing,” she said during the heated exchange.

The woman also accused her boyfriend of physically assaulting her in the past, alleging that he had repeatedly abused her during their relationship.

In addition, she demanded the return of ₦300,000, which she claimed he owed her.

“All those abortions you made me do, you’ll settle me. Eight years with seven abortions—you cannot waste my life for nothing. Even that my ₦300,000, you must give me back,” she said.

The man did not respond to the allegations in the viral video, and the claims made by the woman have not been independently verified.

The incident has since sparked intense debate across social media, with users expressing differing opinions on accountability in long-term relationships, reproductive choices, alleged domestic violence, and whether one partner is entitled to compensation after the end of a relationship.
