A man has reportedly caused a scene at a bank in Nigeria after discovering a huge debit on his account, accusing the financial institution of mishandling his funds.

According to a social media post shared by a former bank worker, the man walked into the bank angrily and confronted staff members, demanding an explanation for the withdrawal.

He reportedly insisted that he had his ATM card with him throughout the weekend and claimed that nobody, including his wife, had access to his banking details.

The situation reportedly escalated as the man allegedly insulted some staff members and threatened to have them dismissed over the issue.

However, after the ATM custodian reviewed the transaction records, a surveillance video reportedly showed a young woman withdrawing money from his account using the card.

The bank’s operations head is said to have shown the footage to the man and asked whether he recognised the woman in the video.

According to the account, the man became speechless after seeing the footage, as he allegedly realised that the person who withdrew the money was his side chick.
