These are, Joe Morris, parliamentary private secretary (PPS) to Wes Streeting, the Health Secretary. Tom Rutland, the PPS to Emma Reynolds, the Environment Secretary and Naushabah Khan, a Cabinet Office PPS, who also resigned from Keir Starmer’s Government.
