A tense security operation has reportedly ended in relief after a bar manager and a sales girl who were abducted in Ijumu Local Government Area of Kogi State were successfully rescued during a joint security mission.
According to reports, the victims were kidnapped on Saturday night, June 6, 2026, during an armed attack on a relaxation centre identified as Aluta Bar in Oke-Ijumu, Ikoyi. The incident reportedly caused panic among residents at the time.
However, a coordinated rescue effort was later launched involving vigilante groups from Ogbe and Irele-Ekiti, alongside operatives of the Nigerian Army and the Nigeria Police Force….... >>>>
