The Managing Director of the Federal Housing Authority (FHA), Oyetunde Ojo, has disclosed that he played a significant role in the political rise of former Ekiti State Governor, Kayode Fayemi, and was also among the early supporters who helped build momentum for President Bola Tinubu’s presidential ambition before it gained widespread acceptance.

Speaking during an interview on TVC, Ojo said his political journey has been defined by hard work and grassroots mobilisation rather than the pursuit of influential government appointments. He stated that his contributions to Fayemi’s emergence as governor were substantial and highlighted his involvement in laying the foundation for Tinubu’s successful presidential bid.

According to Ojo, he established and coordinated the South West Agenda for Asiwaju (SWAGA), a political movement created to rally support for Tinubu at a time when many doubted that the former Lagos State governor would eventually become president.......>>
