Kaplan further emphasized that Taylor does not accept Cartwright’s version of events, saying his client “categorically disputes” several of the claims made against him.
Rather than responding to every allegation publicly, the lawyer said Jax has evidence and communications that he believes will tell “a very different story” once the matter is presented before a judge.

Despite the escalating accusations, Kaplan said Taylor does not intend to fight the matter through headlines or selective public statements, insisting that his client will allow the evidence he plans to present in court to speak for itself.
