“I’ve a chef “- Blord recounts detention in Kuje Correctional Center
Cryptocurrency entrepreneur, Blord has spilled details about his recent detention at Kuje Correctional Center amid ongoing lawsuit with Verydarkman.
It would be recalled that on April 1, 2026, the Federal High Court in Abuja ordered Blord, remanded at Kuje Correctional Center.

The charges include criminal conspiracy, impersonation, and unauthorized use of VeryDarkMan’s image.
Blord Shares Encounter During Detention
During a recent interview, Blord claimed there’s a VIP section at Kuje Correctional Center for high-profile inmates.
According to Blord, he was held in the VIP section that had every appliance, amenity, and a personal chef.
”A room with every appliances you can think of. I wake up and sleep. I’ve a chef. When I was there, the whole prison was down, I had fun“, He stated.
Blord Granted Bail
Notably, Blord was granted bail on 17 April 2026 by Justice Rita Ofili-Ajumogobia of the Federal High Court in Abuja.
The bail related to charges filed by VeryDarkMan, which included criminal conspiracy, impersonation, and unauthorized use of identity.
However, Blord spent two weeks in Kuje Correctional Centre before his bail was approved, with human rights activist Omoleye Sowore intervening for his release.
Upon fulfilling bail conditions, he was released and received a warm welcome from supporters in Awka.
