Israel and Lebanon Hold New Round of Talks in Washington as Hezbollah Drone Attack Injures Civilians

Since the war began on March 2, Lebanon’s Health Ministry says 2,896 people have been killed, with around 400 of those deaths occurring after the nominal ceasefire was put in place on April 16. An additional 8,824 people have been wounded. On the Israeli side, 18 soldiers, two civilians inside Israel, and one defense contractor working in southern Lebanon have been killed.
