ADC chieftain and former spokesperson of the Labour Party Presidential Campaign Council, Kenneth Okonkwo has reacted to the rising insecurity in the country, pointing to the personal impact of the crisis through a harrowing account involving one of his workers who was directly affected by recent violent attacks.
Okonkwo made the disclosure during an appearance on Symphony TV on Wednesday June 3rd, 2026, where he criticized the federal government’s handling of insecurity and described the situation as a failure of leadership.
According to him, the growing wave of kidnappings and violent attacks across the country is no longer a distant issue but one that is directly affecting ordinary Nigerians and their families.
