“If you have such an appetite, send your wife to the ring” — Venita slams Cross over desire to see her fight Phyna

BBNaija star Venita Akpofure has reacted after her colleague, Cross Okonkwo, suggested that she take on Phyna in a celebrity boxing match.

Cross took to X to ask Venita if she would be interested in fighting Phyna, describing the proposed bout as a clash between “two strong women.”

He added that he would be willing to pay anything to watch the two reality stars face each other in the boxing ring.

Reacting to the suggestion, Venita hit back, telling Cross that if he had such an appetite to see a woman get punched, he should send his wife into the boxing ring instead.

Cross subsequently appeared to clarify that he was only joking, telling Venita that they were not strangers and that he was “playing” with her.
