‘I am never getting married,’ Tyler Perry declares

American filmmaker, actor, playwright and producer Tyler Perry has made a shocking revelation about his thoughts on marriage, revealing that he has no plans to tie the knot with anyone.

While speaking during an interview on the Jennifer Hudson Show, Perry explained that although he has no issues with romance and marriage, he has noticed a trend of individuals suffering financial consequences when they decide to go their separate ways.

The 57-year-old media mogul further explained that those around him got married and eventually became broke because of a divorce, stressing his decision not to settle down.

“It’s not the marriage that bothers me. It’s the divorce. Everybody that I know that did well and went broke, it was because of a divorce, so I’m good just being free” he said.
