Ebony Boot: Onyedika loses crown chase to El Ouahdi

Nigeria midfielder Raphael Onyedika has missed out on winning the Ebony Boot award in Belgium this season.

The Ebony Boot is a respected award given every year to the best African player in the Belgian Pro League. Many top African players who perform well in Belgium are usually nominated for the prize.

This year, the award was won by Zakaria El Ouahdi, a defender who plays for Genk. His strong performances throughout the season helped him stand out ahead of other nominees, including Onyedika.
