Court Stops Adwoa Safo From Proceeding With Apostle Kwadwo Safo’s Funeral

An Accra High Court has granted a 10-day interim injunction stopping former Dome-Kwabenya Member of Parliament Sarah Adwoa Safo from proceeding with the funeral and burial of the late Apostle Dr Kwadwo Safo Kantanka.

The court order follows an application filed by the Kristo Asafo Mission over matters relating to the estate of its late founder.

The injunction means that the planned funeral and burial cannot go ahead until the court’s directive expires or a further decision is made.
