Colombian singer Shakira acquitted of tax fraud in Spain

Spain’s High Court has acquitted Shakira of tax fraud and ordered the Treasury to reimburse her with over €60 million in fines she had paid plus interest, according to a court document seen by Reuters on Monday.
The Colombian singer, who always denied fraud, said the decision marks the end of “brutal public targeting” and “sleepless nights” that affected her and her family.
