Claim Linking Me To ADP Fake, Unfounded – Kpautagi

FROM SAMSON ALFA, MINNA

Media team of the  African Democratic Congress, ADC, Governorship aspirant, Dr Mohammed Kpautagi, has condemned in strong terms the purported registration of the politician as a member of the Action Democratic Party, ADP.

The statement signed by Alh. Saidu Gwarjiko, described the alleged membership card of ADP dated 29th April, 2026, and issued same date, as the handiwork of mischief makers who are out to scuttle the popularity of the aspirant.

It added that the card designed with the photograph of Kpautagi is not only fake but a calculated attempt by some disgruntled elements with ulterior motive to destabilise the good foundation laid by the politician.

According to Gwarjiko, it sounds ridiculous to claim that such calibre of person aspiring for number one seat of the state will be involved in such alleged act, after making major impacts in the  ADC as governorship aspirant.

The statement made it emphatically clear that no amount of blackmail can ridicule or reduce the aspirant’s popularity, stating it would make him gain more acceptance from the public.

It, however, explained that the aspirant has never had any  romance with any official of the said party, even to think of  registering as a member, stressing it is unfounded untrue, and beyond any imagination.

It called on the public and supporters of Kpautagi not to be distracted through the  actions of the enemies of democracy, urging them to be resolute and stand firm to salvage the state from the present circumstance, adding that Kpautagi still remains   ADC governorship aspirant, and not a member of ADP as alleged.
