BBNaija’s Cross laments security failure after Lagos beggar theft

Reality tv star Cross Okonkwo has spoken up regarding an robbery experience, crying out over the state of security in Lagos state.

The media personality, while speaking in a video shared on his social media page, claimed that some beggars approached his car while he was in Ikate, Lagos Island

He explained that the men in question reached into his car and allegedly took an item before running away.

“Federal government, I just got robbed. All these beggars, they were in my window talking to me. I did not refuse the guy and he just ripped off something from my car and ran away. Nigeria is not safe. Federal government, what kind of mistake are you guys doing allowing these guys on the street?” he said.

Cross also questioned the government over the presence of street beggars in Lagos.

“This Lagos, I don’t understand why you guys are allowing these people to be on the street. This is unfair,” Cross added.
