BBNaija S11: Nomy finally breaks silence after disqualification

Former BBNaija season 11 housemate, Whitney Nneoma Chukwu, popularly known as Nomy, has finally spoken up days after her disqualification from the reality TV show.

Nomy, whose disqualification came after her repeated failure to comply with instructions from Big Brother, explained that she was overwhelmed by the support she received even after her disqualification.

She expressed her gratitude to her fans, apologising for making them feel disappointed by her actions.

“Just hearing that I have an entire nation just makes me so happy. I’m so thankful to each and every one of you. I’m sorry to everyone who I have let down, it wasn’t intentional. If I had known I had this much support and love waiting for me at home, I would have done everything I could to take me to the finale, but I guess it was just meant to work out this way. I’m sorry for letting you down,” she said.

Nomy’s unexpected disqualification came after a previous strike. It generated mixed reactions of anger and sympathy on social media.
